ESOP Education Committee’s Work Earns National Honors
For the third time in four years, Reflexite’s ESOP Education Committee has been honored by the ESOP Association with a prestigious Annual Award Communications Excellence, or AACE, awards.
The award was presented to recognize the booklet the committee developed called “Employee Ownership.” This booklet is an overview of Reflexite’s ESOP and the rights, risks, rewards, roles and responsibilities that come with being an employee-owner. Each employee-owner receives a copy of this booklet upon completion of the “5R Training” that the ESOP Education Committee developed and administers.

In addition to the national AACE Award, the New England Chapter of the ESOP Association named Reflexite “Company of the Year.” Both during awards ceremonies as well as in casual interaction with other ESOP companies, Reflexite continues to be recognized for setting the standard and raising the bar. The ESOP Education Committee is proud to have contributed to the list of accomplishments that keep Reflexite a leader in the ESOP community. Of course, as is the spirit of Quality, the committee already has identified some opportunities for continuous improvements.
